Megan Wachsmann has been serving clients in real estate since 2020, bringing dedicated experience and local expertise to Lee County and Milam County. She specializes in land, farm & ranch properties, new construction, commercial real estate, sellers, and first-time buyers—providing focused guidance tailored to each client’s unique goals.

Before transitioning into real estate, Megan built a strong professional foundation in accounting, account management, and sales within the furnishings industry. This background sharpened her attention to detail, financial insight, and client-centered approach—skills that continue to set her apart in today’s competitive market.

Outside of real estate, Megan lives an active, family-centered lifestyle. She is currently training for her first full marathon, stays busy supporting her two sons in select baseball and football, and gives back to the community as a performance training coach for teen athletes in Giddings.
