Raised in Hempstead, Texas—where, as he likes to say, the watermelons are as big as a baby calf—Eric learned the value of hard work early on. At just 12 years old, he began working in his family’s restaurant, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, operations, and business management. Those early lessons laid the foundation for the successful real estate career he has built today.

Eric specializes in commercial real estate, farm and ranch properties, and investment real estate. With over a decade of combined experience in real estate transactions, customer service, and market knowledge, he provides clients with a comprehensive understanding of both the market and the financial side of property ownership. As a fluent Spanish speaker, Eric is proud to serve a broader community and ensure clear, effective communication for his clients.
