Jennifer and Doak Dunkin

As founder and broker, Jennifer's dedication to hard work, honesty, and treating people like family sets the standard for everything Cedar Frame does. Originally from Giddings, Jennifer graduated from Texas A&M University in 2013, and has worked in real estate and development ever since. She has experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions and has worked on numerous projects to develop commercial offices, subdivisions, apartments, and medical clinics across the state of Texas. Outside of the office, Jennifer likes to spend quality time with family and friends.

Doak graduated from Texas A&M in 2010 with a degree in Supply Chain Management. After graduating, he worked as a consultant for financial institutions with his main focus being on consumer, commercial, and real estate lending. He brings that experience, as well as his passion for communicating value to customers through engaging marketing, to enhance the Cedar Frame team. When he's not hard at work, Doak can be found spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors as much as possible.
