Susanna Leonard brings experience in real estate dating back to 2020, when she first entered the industry in an administrative role. Through that time, she developed a strong foundation behind the scenes before earning her license and stepping into client-facing work. Today, she proudly serves buyers and sellers across Washington, Austin, Waller, and Grimes Counties, combining her operational expertise with a heart for helping others.

Susanna specializes in working with first-time buyers, sellers, land and farm & ranch properties, and clients relocating to the area. Her background as an administrative assistant and now Brokerage Coordinator gives her a unique advantage—she not only understands the client experience, but also the intricate details that keep transactions running smoothly from contract to closing. She especially enjoys helping individuals in service industries—including police officers, firefighters, teachers, and nurses—achieve their real estate goals.

What sets Susanna apart is her unwavering belief that people matter more than money. She is passionate about making sure her clients understand the full picture and feel confident in every decision, offering guidance, education, and support every step of the way.

Susanna loves real estate because she believes homeownership should be achievable for anyone who desires it, and she finds great purpose in helping families build a strong future through real estate.

Outside of her profession, faith and family are at the center of Susanna’s life. She volunteers with Washington County Habitat for Humanity and Brenham Bible Church. In her free time, she enjoys camping, swimming, and exploring with her husband and their five children whenever they can.
