Matthew Wehring brings a thoughtful, service-driven approach to real estate, proudly serving clients throughout Washington County. Since beginning his real estate career in 2023, Matthew has focused on helping individuals and families navigate life transitions with confidence—especially those relocating or downsizing.

Before entering real estate, Matthew built a strong professional foundation as a personal financial advisor and business consultant. Throughout his career, his focus has always been on helping others work through complex and often challenging situations. This experience allows him to guide his real estate clients with clarity, patience, and a deep understanding of both the emotional and financial aspects of a move.

Matthew specializes in relocation and helping seniors downsize, offering a comprehensive and supportive approach that goes beyond the transaction. He understands that downsizing can be overwhelming, both physically and emotionally, and provides valuable resources such as estate sale coordination and full home clean-out services. His goal is to ease the burden and create a smoother, less stressful experience for his clients every step of the way.

What Matthew enjoys most about real estate is the opportunity to truly help people. He takes pride in walking alongside his clients, guiding them step-by-step and giving them peace of mind throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family at their recreational property in Central Texas, where they unwind and recharge. He and his wife are active members of Christ Lutheran Church in Brenham, and he also enjoys playing pickleball whenever he gets the chance.
